Volunteering for the Mentoring Program

Eligibility: Participation is limited to FEAST members who have paid their annual dues. Mentor volunteers must be tenured (given the constraints and pressures of pre-tenure existence).

Eligible members who are interested in becoming mentors should send a short email to the graduate student representative (jkyle1@binghamton.edu). The email should include, minimally, areas of specialization and interest and whether you expect your mentoring to be teaching or research-focused. Information concerning the mentoring activities for which you are available also aids in the matching process.

Mentoring program partners will be matched according to similarity of work interests and expectations.
